Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Lev AI is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of disability, assistive technology or device. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than as a pass at the end, and we apply the same standard to the software we build for clients.

The standard we aim for

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the level generally referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and it is the level we hold ourselves to whether or not it is required of us.

We consider the site substantially conformant: the standard is met throughout as far as we have been able to verify, with the caveats listed below.

What is in place

• A skip-to-content link, proper landmark regions, and a single main heading on every page, so the structure can be navigated rather than waded through.
• Every interactive element reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a focus indicator that is always visible — including a lighter ring on dark sections, where the brand colour alone would not be clear enough.
• Every text and background pair checked against the AA contrast requirement. Our brand rose is used for text only in the darker shade that passes; the lighter shade is reserved for decoration, which has a lower requirement.
• Form fields with real labels, errors tied to their input so a screen reader announces the reason, and a live region that reports that a submission failed.
• Colour is never the only way something is communicated; an error always has text as well as a colour.
• Interactive targets of at least 44 pixels, comfortably above the 24 pixel minimum the standard sets.
• The mobile menu traps focus while open, closes on Escape, and reports its state to assistive technology.
• Animation is decorative, driven by CSS, and switched off entirely when your system asks for reduced motion. No content is ever hidden behind an animation that might not run.
• Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content.

What we know is imperfect

Being specific here is more useful than claiming full conformance, so:

• Our testing is done by the people who built the site, using keyboard navigation, browser and automated tooling. It has not yet been audited independently, and we have not yet tested it with every combination of screen reader and browser.
• Third-party content — anything embedded from another service, such as a spam-protection challenge — is outside our direct control, though we will not use a component that we know to be inaccessible.
• As we add pages, something will eventually slip through. That is what the next section is for.

If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us. It is genuinely useful, and we would rather hear it from you than not know.

Email sales@levtechai.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened — plus your browser and any assistive technology, if you know it. We will acknowledge you within 1 business day, tell you what we intend to do, and say when.

We review this statement whenever we make a substantial change to the site, and at least once a year. The date at the top reflects the last review.
