Agreement to these terms

By using www.levtechai.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They are between you and Lev AI(“we”, “us”).

What this site is for

It describes what we do and gives you a way to get in touch. You are welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us anything unlawful;
• submit the contact form automatically, repeatedly, or for advertising, recruitment or any other message that is not a genuine enquiry;
• attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or gain access to any part of it that is not published;
• copy the site wholesale, or scrape it to train a model or populate another service.

The contact form

Sending us a message starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve our availability, or oblige either of us to do anything. We aim to reply within 1 business day, but we may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Please do not send confidential information through the form. If we need to exchange anything sensitive we will agree how to do that first. What we do with what you send is set out in the privacy policy.

Client work

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a promise of a particular result. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, that agreement wins.

Accuracy of the content

We write the descriptions on this site carefully, but they are general descriptions of the kind of work we do, not advice about your situation. Prices, capabilities and timelines depend entirely on the specifics, and we may change what is described here at any time.

Do not act on anything here as if it were professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your business. Ask us, and we will answer about your actual case.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, logo and name of Lev AI belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You may not use our name, logo or brand to suggest an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Links to other sites

Where we link to somewhere else — our Instagram, for example — we are not responsible for what is on the other side of the link or for what that site does with your data. Their terms and their privacy policy apply there.

Availability

We would like the site to be available all the time, and we do not guarantee that it will be. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of something outside our control. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Lev AI is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
