Who we are

This site is operated by Lev AI (“we”, “us”). You can reach us about anything on this page at sales@levtechai.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form and choose to send us. That is your name and email address, optionally your phone number and company, the service you selected, and your message.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal data. Please do not include them in your message.

What we do not collect

• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to store.
• No tracking cookies by default. The site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is ever switched on, you will be asked first and nothing will load until you agree. See Cookies and analytics below.
• No advertising or data brokers. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How your message is handled

When you submit the form, it is checked and then sent as two emails: one to us so we can answer you, and one to the address you gave, so you have a copy of what you sent.

The submission is not written to any database. The function that processes it holds the details only for as long as it takes to send those emails, and then discards them. After that, the only copy that exists is the email in our inbox and the copy in yours.

Why we are allowed to do this

We use your details to respond to the enquiry you chose to send us, which is the only purpose the form serves. You confirm that when you tick the consent box, and if you are in a jurisdiction that frames this in terms of a legal basis, ours is your consent together with our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.

How long we keep it

The email stays in our mailbox for as long as it is useful — while we are talking, and then as a record of the conversation. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete it from our mailbox and confirm that we have.

Who else can see it

We do not share your message, except with the services that make it possible to send:

Microsoft Azure

Hosts this site and runs the function that processes the form, and sends the two emails through Azure Communication Services.

Our email provider

Holds our inbox, and therefore holds the message you sent us.

Cloudflare

Only if spam protection is switched on. In that case Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission came from a browser and not a script. It is a challenge, not a tracker, and it does not receive your message.

We will also disclose information if we are legally required to, which we hope never happens.

Where it is processed

The site and the function run on Microsoft Azure. If you are writing from outside the country where that infrastructure sits, your message crosses a border to reach us — which is true of any email you send abroad.

Cookies and analytics

At the time of writing this site sets no cookies at all, which is why you are not being interrupted by a consent banner. Nothing about your visit is measured.

If we later add analytics, a notice will appear asking you to accept or decline, no analytics script will load until you accept, and your choice is stored in your own browser rather than in a cookie that travels with every request. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, which appears once analytics is configured.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to get a copy, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to our using it. Because the only thing we hold is an email you chose to send us, all of these usually resolve to one action: we find the message and delete it.

Write to sales@levtechai.com and we will answer you within 1 business day. We will not charge you for it and we will not ask you to explain why.

Children

This is a site for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is submitted over HTTPS, and the credentials used to send email are held as application settings on the server rather than in the code or in this repository. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please use your judgment about what you put in a message to a company you have not yet worked with.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the form works, we change this page at the same time. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
